Even though you know your marriage is real, how do you prove it? There are certain documents that can help you prove that your marriage is real, and we will discuss them. However, it is important to note that entering into marriage fraud is highly discouraged. Getting married solely for the purpose of obtaining an immigration benefit can have severe consequences, both legally and criminally. I do not recommend this. Real marriages are built on genuine love and the intention of living a life together and building a future together. With that being said, let's talk about the type of evidence you can submit to immigration to prove that you are in a real marriage and have an intention to form a life together.
