Hi, in this session, I will show you how to use a drop-down to switch between charts. This adds a level of interaction to your charts. Let's say, for example, I have a chart that shows the profit column in this table. Maybe I want to provide some interaction to let you switch between expenses and sales for these items. So, I can go under this drop-down, look at sales, and I've got a bar chart that shows sales. Then, I can look at expenses and have an expense chart that shows expenses. To create this chart, there are a couple of things you need. Of course, you need your table, and then you need to create separate charts. In sheet two, I've got three separate charts to show sales, expenses, and profits. What we also need is a form control, a combo, which is a drop-down. Additionally, we're going to use the camera tool, which takes a snapshot of a range of cells. Let me show you how this is done. In addition to the camera tool, there's another way to utilize its feature, which I'll show at the end of the video. But for now, let's use the camera tool as the first example in this session. First, let's copy this table. Select the table and use Ctrl+C to copy it. Then, go over to sheet three and use Ctrl+V to paste it. Now, I have the table here, and I'm going to create a chart from this table. I'll go to insert chart, and since it's already selected, I'm going to insert a column chart.
