Hey there, I want to help you figure out why you're not receiving notifications from Forms. If you are using Forms as a landing page and driving traffic to it, and you want to be notified when a person fills in the form, there are a few things you need to check for it to work correctly. Firstly, this is just a sample form that I created. In order to have notifications enabled, you need to have a puzzle piece icon at the top. If it's not there, follow these steps: click on "more," then click on "add-ons," and search for "Forms notifications." Once found, add it to your form. After adding the notifications add-on, you will see the puzzle piece icon. Click on it and select "form notifications." Configure the notifications and make sure that the "notify me" option is checked with the correct email address. Additionally, the default setting for notifications is ten, but you should change it to one so that you are notified for every single response, instead of in batches. Once you have saved the notification settings, go to the middle of the form where it displays "questions and respondents." Click on "respondents" and make sure that the option to accept responses is checked on. Then, click on the three dots icon and ensure that "get email notifications for new responses" has a checkmark. Many users overlook this step and end up not receiving email notifications. Lastly, feel free to explore and adjust other settings as necessary. These are the basics to ensure you start receiving notifications for all new responses going forward. Remember to double-check that you have followed all the steps correctly.
