In this video, we're going to create a form where any person can view the form and respond to our survey. We will be asking typical questions such as their name, email address, what they liked most about the session, what they liked least, and if they would recommend it to a friend. The asterisk indicates that these are required questions. To start, we will go to drive.com in a new browser window. You will see your files come up and there will be a new button where you can select more options. Click on "Forms" and a blank form will be presented to you. Give your document a name and as you create your questionnaire, you will notice that it automatically saves. In the form's description, you can introduce the purpose of the form. Next, we will enter our first question, which will be the person's name. You can also select if this field is required or optional. Additionally, you can add data validation and a description for each question. For example, you might add a note to the user to enter their first and last name. You can then add another question, such as their email address. Data validation can be used to ensure the email address contains an "@" symbol. You can also add a custom error message to prompt the user to include the symbol. Add a description for this question as well, specifying that it is an optional field. Continue adding questions, such as asking what the person liked most and least about the session. You can choose the type of answer expected, such as a short answer or a paragraph.
