Welcome to painting! This video discusses how to e-file your payroll tax return Form 941. First, we do not require you to create a username or password. Use our process by simply adding your employee information following the steps in our wizard, which includes an e-signature. You can complete the process entirely online in minutes. Try out that's payroll! Finally, it's made easy. To begin, first click "E-file" from the homepage and choose Form 941. Click the blue rectangle and enter your company information. Once complete, select the next action to move from parts 1 and 2 to part 5. The wizard will walk you through the process from beginning to end. We'll just highlight some key issues. First, once the parts are successfully completed, they will turn green. But don't worry if you change your mind, you can still make changes by clicking the edit button. Second, while we are not preparing or reviewing your return, we automated some fields to add numbers and calculate tax. White fields require user input, while gray fields are calculated. Remember, not all white fields need to be completed. We also have some checks in place. If information is missing, incomplete, or doesn't tie in, we'll highlight that in red. You'll need to fix it before proceeding. In the company information section, when entering your name, use the legal name associated with your EIN. Don't enter your trade name here. Add your trade name on the line below. For part 5 signature, we often receive questions about the five-digit PIN that allows us to e-file for you. This PIN is not provided by the IRS.
