In this video, I'm going to show you how to create a form and collect and collate the responses automatically. To start, I'm just going to create the form in Word because it's easy to create there. I'm just going to use the standard application template and not going to change anything on it. I'm just going to save it as a Word document. Now that it's saved, I'm going to open Pro and create a PDF form or online form. I will choose to use an existing file and select the Word document I just created. However, it shows that it can't read the document because it is open. So, I will close the document and retry. Now it will process the form and mark the fields as form fields to make them fillable. It may not be perfect, so adjustments may be necessary. Once the form is done, I'll close the form editing and go to file, save as, and save it as a PDF document. Then I'll go back to tools, go back to the form tools, and distribute. I will choose the option to automatically download and organize responses with com. It's a robust and simple setup that requires an ID. If you don't have one, you can create it here. Sign in with that ID and list your recipients. You can also leave access open for anyone with a link to fill out the form in case there are additional people later. The form will take a minute to process. When it's submitted, the tracking tool will show all the responses. Since I only sent it to myself, I can see the single recipient who hasn't responded yet.
