I just can't get enough of the forms. I've just learned how to use Choice Eliminator. Hopefully you have watched the tutorial on how to use the Choice Eliminator. If you haven't, I suggest going back and watching it. Now, I'm going to show you how to use another add-on called Choice Notifications. This add-on allows you to send an email to the person filling out the form. It's actually the exact same form that I used for Choice Eliminator. If you weren't there for that tutorial, Choice Eliminator is a way to eliminate choices in a form. This allows me to set a limit on the number of responses for a specific choice option. For example, I used Choice Eliminator to ensure that I only meet with one parent per time slot. The form includes time slots from Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM, in half-hour increments. When I choose a specific time slot, it gets eliminated for the next parent. On the form, I also included fields for the parent's first and last name, their student's name, and their email address. In the previous tutorial, I mentioned that I needed the email address for a specific reason. Now, let me explain it further in relation to Choice Eliminator. The parent goes through the form and selects a day they want to meet. For the other days they didn't choose, they simply click on "Choose another day."
