Music good morning. Today, I woke up and I bounced out of bed. I haven't bounced out of bed in a while, and I think it's because every morning, I've been doing yoga. It's been part of my new morning routine. I get up, have a big glass of warm water, and take a probiotic. I don't put lemon in my water because I find that it erodes my teeth. My teeth aren't as strong, so I've stopped adding lemon. After drinking water, I hit the mat and do some yoga, like Sun salutes, backbends, and headstands, depending on how energetic I'm feeling in the morning. Then, I wait a little bit and continue with intermittent fasting for 14 to 18 hours. I'll have a shower, meditate, and then have breakfast. Doing this morning routine has changed my life, and I want to share the habits that have changed my life over the past 10 years in terms of wellness and health. I'm using Aveda lipstick called "Kimmy Fig," which is a natural color. I am applying Mac false lashes extreme black on my eyes. When I'm working at home, I usually go for minimal makeup like a little bit of lipstick, moisturizer, and mascara. I'm just hanging out by myself at home.
