In this activity, we're going to be creating an HTML form. Now, I've given you a really good start already. We have a web page here that has lots of elements in it. These are the ones that we're already familiar with - they have labels and text inputs. So, you'll see that those are there. The style has already been set and will not be part of this activity. So, the styles, therefore, everything that we're going to be adding, there is a little bit of JavaScript already. We will not be making changes to the JavaScript file in this activity. So, this is just going to be the same, just so that you know. What I'm doing here is that there is an image in the header section up here, and this image works well for the mobile device. But, I have the JavaScript set to change it to a different image when it gets greater than 768. So, I'm doing this with JavaScript. We've done this before with CSS, but that's when it was a background image. Since this is an actual image tag, I'm using JavaScript to make that change. So, you see that happening here. This first section makes sure it's set when the page first opens. It tests it to see which one it should be. And then, this one is whenever the window is resized, it decides whether to change that image or not. Now, there's one thing in the HTML file that is new that we haven't used before, and that is on these text inputs. And it is the attribute name.
